Data the platform may process
When the corresponding flows are enabled, the platform may process contact details, tattoo requests, references supplied by the person, proposals, appointments, consents and the payment and security evidence that is necessary for the service.
Do not send passwords, full card details or medical information that is not strictly necessary.
Why it is used
Data is used to answer requests, prepare proposals, manage appointments and payments, protect access and meet applicable obligations. Marketing and publication of photographs require separate decisions.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts this technical foundation. Other providers process data only when their integration has been enabled and reviewed. Final retention periods remain under review; records needed for security, payments or compliance are not automatically erased before the applicable obligation is checked.
